The cost of transporting your pet is primarily determined by mileage and/or time. This price encompasses all associated expenses, including the driver's fee, fuel, vehicle wear, and the following services: - Private door-to-door transport - Travel in heated or air-conditioned sedans, SUVs, mini-vans, or cargo vans, depending on your pet's needs - Ongoing communication from the driver during the trip - Comfort stops, walks, and potty breaks every 2-4 hours, or more frequently if requested - Overnight accommodations in pet-friendly hotels, if necessary - Administration of medication as needed - Feeding according to your pet's home schedule - Encouragement to your pet’s belongings, such as bedding, toys, treats, and regular food.
Ground Travel
If you choose to cancel within 24 hours of submitting your signed contract, we will waive your initial payment, minus a $150 administration fee, provided that a driver has not yet been assigned or is en route. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of receiving your signed contract or once a driver has been assigned. If circumstances arise after the 24-hour period that prevent the planned shipment of your pet, we will extend our service agreement for six months from the date we receive your signed contract.
